Job Summary
The Judge Group is seeking a Process Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Hampton, NH area.
Title: Process Engineer
Location: Hampton, NH
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:
- Champion process improvements to boost safety, product quality, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Supply Chain
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM initiatives across the site
- Diagnose production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Improve yield, throughput, and OEE within adhesive manufacturing
- Support capital projects, including equipment design, startup, and validation
- Guide and mentor technical staff while standardizing best practices
- Contribute to new product rollouts and ensure compliant processes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in manufacturing engineering with strong CI experience
- Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
- Bachelor's in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills
